Hi, I’m Leeza!

I’m a marketer and event planner with over a decade of experience working in enterprise, startup, nonprofit, and wellness spaces. I grew up in Central PA, spent four years in Denver, CO, and am now based in Seattle, WA, where I live with my husband and dog. I love to spend time being active outdoors, exploring new hobbies, and honing my metaphysical and wellness practices. Which brings us to why we’re here…

Business Support With an Intentional Approach

I’ve grown up having a deep connection to the metaphysical world and studying various healing modalities and practices. These experiences have presented me with the understanding that I can harness the mystical energy around me to create vibrant and inclusive experiences and spaces for the people who I come across.

For many years, the spiritual part of me felt disconnected from how I was showing up in my day-to-day life. As a Capricorn sun and marketer/project manager who’s worked in corporate and tech for 10+ years, I often found myself focusing all my time and energy on that harder masculine part of my life.

Meanwhile, my Cancer rising, witchy feminine was always trying to break through the structured and regimented path that I had built for myself. I felt like I was living my life as two different people.

Eventually, I couldn’t do it anymore - girlbossing my way up the corporate ladder by day while holding space for my wellness practices by night was exhausting. I realized that my masculine and feminine are two complementary parts of the whole that is me, and I would never feel fulfilled unless I could honor both of them at the same time.

As I came to this realization, it became pretty clear how I could honor those complementary parts and share them with others… and that’s when Elevated Ethos was born.

I DECIDED TO HONOR ALL THE PARTS OF MYSELF, ALL THE TIME…
